THE GAME

You must prevent the objects from reaching the side of The Pit by moving your 
space ship around the rimeither clockwise or anti-clockwise - and firing laser 
bolts at them.

You will lose one of your three lives every time a Mutant Llama escapes, or 
when you bump into one of the other weirdos. Whatever you do, don't shoot 
Spud!

LOADING

1. Connect the EAR socket of your Spectrum to the
   EAR socket of your tape recorder
2. Place the tape in the tape recorder and rewind to the
   beginning.
3. Type LOAD" " and press ENTER on your Spectrum.
4. Press PLAY/LOAD on your tape recorder

PLAYING THE GAME

There are three different Pits; once you have successfully cleared them all you 
will return to the first at a more difficult level of play.

The game's menu offers the choice of keyboard control (define your own keys), 
cursor joystick or Kempston joystick.

A 'cheat mode' has also been incorporated in Exodus, offering 255 lives and the 
destruction of only 15 (instead of the usual 50) objects before proceeding to 
the next Pit.  All you need to do is find it!
